Here's a call-out to women of all ages and backgrounds to become the leaders we have been waiting for. Whether you are a professional, activist, volunteer, student, artist, mother, spiritual seeker, or social visionary, it is time for us to dig deep, retrieve our authentic voice and values, and lead with courage and heart either at home, work, and in the world.

We're from SPK Crew are looking forward to organize such an event like last Girl's Fest (2008) this year. But for your info the bands which is already took part on the last fest will not perform again this year at the fest since we want to give more chances to other girl's band or at least a girl in a band to perform this year.

And we hope this year we can do better than the last time. We will attach some non-music elements to the event such as screening, photo exhibition, newsletter's writing, etc. On the fest, we celebrate and honor female activism, courage and achievements and continued struggle against global male violence in all its forms. To be precise, Girl's fest is an expression of female continued resistance and struggle against global male violence. The first fest in 2008 really succeed and we got positive feedback from bands which took part last time. So we need you, ladies/women/girls to participate this time.

Anything I will update you soon. Hopefully you will write something bout your thought as a female, have you ever been discriminate etc and invent something to the fest. If you would like to march with us, please contact me at +6 012 212 5272.

Any inquiries, don't hesitate to inbox me.
