THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN LIVE IN KUALA LUMPUR
THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN will be coming to Kuala Lumpur on 8th March 2012 (Thursday) for the first time ever. The Dillinger Escape Plan is an American mathcore band from Morris Plains, New Jersey. The group originated in 1997 after the disbanding of Arcane, a hardcore punk trio consisting of Ben Weinman, Dimitri Minakakis, and Chris Pennie. The band's current line-up consists of guitarist Ben Weinman, bassist Liam Wilson, vocalist Greg Puciato, guitarist Jeff Tuttle and drummer Billy Rymer. Their band name is derived from the famous convicted bank robber John Dillinger. The band creatively incorporates various influences of metal and hardcore giving birth to one of the most progressive styles of music to emerge this century. They are also known for their intense live performances and their show in Kuala Lumpur will be not to be missed!
